USUAL DAILY ACTIVITIES

• Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Writing test scenarios based on requirements during backlog grooming
• Automating test cases
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide timely solutions
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Provide support and documentation

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Attention to details, systematic approach to problem solving
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
• Object-oriented programming experience
• Hand-on experience with test case automation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of AGILE and SCRUM methodologies

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with using RestSharp, Playwright, Postman and other popular testing frameworks and tools
• Exposure to NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Redis, etc)
• Understanding of Message Queuing Systems (RabbitMQ, Qpid, etc)
• Understanding of Public key infrastructure (PKI)
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, Windows Services, SQL Server, IIS)
• Experience in one of the preferred languages C#/TypeScript
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture
• Experience in developing automated tests for Blazor Web applications
