Frequently Asked Question
An audit package is encrypted audit data (a textual and machine-readable representation of a fiscal invoice), ready to be sent to the Tax Authority's database for storage and analysis.
Each audit package represents a file containing audit data of only one fiscal invoice (it is not a collection of more invoices).
The audit data for one fiscal invoice is encrypted as a JSON format file and saved in SDC memory until it is transferred to the database.
Audit Packages are submitted to the database in a piecemeal fashion, starting from the oldest unaudited file.
