How do I know if I am using a V-SDC or E-SDC?

If you cannot distinguish required information by interacting with POS or E-SDC interface you can always issue a Proforma or Training invoice. By looking at the SDC Invoice number you can check whether you are issuing invoices in combination with the V-SDC or E-SDC.

When using V-SDC, the secure elements' UIDs will be different because V-SDC uses its own (integrated) secure element to fiscalize the invoice.

For example, in an invoice you would see:

When an E-SDC is used, the secure elements' UIDs will be the same. E-SDC uses the same taxpayer's certificate that was used to send an invoice request, to also perform invoice fiscalization.
