In some occasions, audit packages can reach the Tax Authority's database after the Start Audit command - in that case, the system will need at least 10 minutes upon the arrival of the last audit package to create the End Audit command.

Note that Proof-of-audit command might be missing due to many other reasons, such as: not all packages have been submitted or the tax authority system is experiencing a delay in data processing.
