Frequently Asked Question

- I have tried to issue an invoice but the system is asking me to provide a PAC to sign it. What is the PAC?

PAC is an authentication code that a taxpayer/cashier needs to provide to confirm their authorization when issuing a fiscal invoice with a PFX digital certificate. It represents a POS access code, you can find more information in this entry below:

"PAC code":
https://tap.tims.revenue.gov.ws/Help/view/1494051038/PAC-Code

"PAC code - Serbia only":
https://tap.sandbox.suf.purs.gov.rs/Help/view/492855879/PAC-Code/en-US

You received the PAC in the same email in which you received the digital certificate you are using to issue the invoice. This represents the last step for signing an invoice.
