Pioneers in Fiscal Technology

Goran Todorov, the founder of Data Tech International, works closely with governments, tax authorities, and industry stakeholders on the design and implementation of fiscalization systems and digital invoicing frameworks.

He is the creator of the Sales Data Controller (SDC), a concept adopted by the Belgian Ministry of Finance in 2009. As a global consultant on the legal and technical certification of invoicing systems, Goran has advised on the implementation and certification of SDC systems and collaborated with tax authorities to introduce remote audit of sales receipts and invoices – an innovation that helped drive the global shift toward online cash registers.

Throughout his career, Goran has been awarded contracts to write legislation and manage fiscalization projects in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Fiji, Samoa, Serbia, and Republika Srpska. He is also a co-author of the Digital Invoicing Customs Exchange (DICE) framework for preventing MTIC and VAT fraud between jurisdictions and continues to research and publish on the advancement of fiscal device technologies.

Ivan Pavlović leads the company’s technological strategy and product development.

He has more than 25 years of experience in software development, beginning his career as a .NET developer and trainer before moving into software architecture. Over the years, he has designed and built mission-critical systems across a range of industries.

In his current role, Ivan oversees the development of the company’s core solutions, including TaxCore, ensuring the platform remains innovative and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. He encourages collaboration within development teams and promotes an agile environment where ideas are openly shared and innovation thrives.

Ivan was awarded the Microsoft MVP title for C# (2007-2014) and Application Lifecycle Management (2015-2017).

Snežana Petrović oversees financial management, reporting, and strategic planning

She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade and brings more than two decades of experience in finance, administration, and sales. 

In her role, Snežana manages financial analysis and reporting while closely monitoring changes in legislation and regulations that affect the company’s operations. Working with management, she helps define financial strategies and long-term plans, drawing on her professional background, including experience in the aviation industry. 

Her work reflects a strong commitment to financial integrity and strategic planning, helping ensure the company’s sustainable growth and long-term success.

Aleksandar Radovanović has played a key role in developing and maintaining the technical architecture behind the company’s solutions over the past decade.

He works closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the development process, providing guidance on system design and technical implementation. He also mentors development teams, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and proactive problem-solving to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable products.

Marija Vojnović Nešić is responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy, as well as leading people-related processes in DTI.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade and brings over 20 years of experience in both corporate HR leadership and private consulting. Marija has extensive expertise in structuring and leading complex organizational and people processes, building software and pilot programs, as well as designing and implementing HR frameworks and procedures. She is a business coach and a certified consultant for leading assessment and development tools, including Hogan Assessment, Human Synergistics, Points of You, and others. She is committed to enabling individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

Maja Miodragović Kecojević is responsible for coordinating implementation projects and working with international clients. 

She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, specializing in Computer Engineering and Informatics. 

Throughout her career, she has gained experience across development, project coordination, and client management roles, enabling her to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively. 

Marko Denić works closely with clients and product users on support, documentation, and education initiatives. 

He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Belgrade and Colorado State University. Marko began his career as a Technical Writer, focusing on creating clear user documentation and training materials. 

In his current role, he coordinates activities related to user support, technical reviews of fiscal devices, and the development of documentation and educational materials. As a Product Owner, he also acts as a liaison between clients and development teams, helping translate user feedback into product improvements and feature requests.

Marko Vukojević has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software development. 

He is responsible for the architecture and technical direction of core backend systems, including distributed systems, scalable architecture, and performance optimization within the .NET ecosystem. 

With experience across multiple development roles, Marko combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic technical leadership to build reliable and future-ready solutions. 

Luka Petrović is responsible for streamlining and automating software development, deployment, and operations. His work focuses on automation, GitOps, containerization, orchestration, and continuous improvement, helping teams deliver reliable and efficient solutions. 

Fluent in English and German, Luka works closely with international teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration. Adaptable and driven by continuous learning, he actively introduces modern technologies and practices that improve development and operational workflows while fostering a collaborative, transparent team environment.

Jelena Lukić has a strong academic background and more than 12 years of experience in analytics, risk modeling, and financial analysis. 

She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Belgrade and has extensive expertise in statistical modeling, reserving methodologies, and quantitative risk assessment. 

Jelena’s work focuses on advanced analytics and the application of machine learning and AI algorithms to large-scale fiscal datasets, including anomaly detection, predictive risk modeling, and taxpayer segmentation.

Predrag Todorović began his career as a Manual Tester and progressed through several roles including Team Lead and QA Lead. His work focuses on improving testing processes, implementing automation initiatives, and aligning technical solutions with business requirements. 

With strong analytical and leadership experience, Predrag contributes to both strategic product decisions and maintaining high quality standards across the platform. 

Aleš Bizjak brings more than four decades of experience in the IT industry.

He holds a Master’s degree in theoretical physics and has worked across a range of sectors, from scientific institutions specializing in geostatistics to international technology companies such as Xerox, Data General, NCR, Motorola, Kaba, and BMC International.

For more than twenty years, Aleš has been actively involved in fiscalization projects in roles including manufacturer’s representative, tester, developer, and consultant. Since the founding of Data Tech International, he has provided strategic guidance and technical expertise, supporting the development and implementation of the company’s solutions.

His extensive industry experience and deep knowledge of fiscalization technologies make him a trusted advisor across projects, helping teams navigate complex technical and regulatory challenges.

Miljan Đakonović focuses on system security, PKI implementation, and the development of secure infrastructure solutions. 

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, specializing in Power Converters and Drives. With over 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Miljan has worked across both on-premises and cloud environments, covering areas such as Microsoft server technologies, Linux systems, networking, virtualization, security, AWS, Azure, automation, and scripting. 

His work includes defining secure system architecture, contributing to Secure Element Applet development, improving DevOps processes, and supporting the deployment of complex solutions for clients. Miljan is committed to continuous learning and holds multiple professional certifications, including CISSP accreditation.
